HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

The Human Resources Department recruits qualified personnel in accordance with the company’s policies, aims and strategies and evaluates personnel performance in line with contemporary procedures. We practice equal opportunities in recruitment and promotion.

COMPANY STRUCTURE

Yapı Kredi Insurance’s principal structure consists of a General Directorate, with District Directorates and District Representations. The Headquarters Directorate is in İstanbul. District Directorates are located in Ankara, İzmir, Adana, Antalya and Bursa while our District Representations serve at Kadıköy and Bakırköy.
