Murat Güvenel graduated from the Management Department
of Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, where
he went on to complete graduate studies in Accountancy and Financing.
After launching his business career in 1978 with a three-year stint
as Planning Manager of Çukurova Holding, he took up the post of
Deputy General Manager at Halk Reassurance. This led to a Deputy
General Manager position at Genel Sigorta until November 1987,
when he assumed the same position in Halk Insurance, which became
Yapı Kredi Insurance three years later. Mr. Güvenel has been General
Manager of Yapı Kredi Insurance since June 2004.

Tamer Başkan graduated from the Finance Department
of Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1981.
He joined the Claims Department of Yapı Kredi Insurance in 1984
and in 1997 he became Deputy General Manager of Yapı Kredi Life
Insurance. Mr. Başkan has been Assistant General Manager of Yapı
Kredi Insurance since 2001.

in 1987. Ms Darcan, who started her career in 1990 as assistant

President in 2001. She has been Assistant General Manager since
June 2004.

Coşkun Gölpınar graduated from the Architecture
Department of Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture.
He started his career in 1984 as an architect with Koçtaş Tic.
A.Ş. before joining Akbank in 1986. He moved to Yapı Kredi Insurance
Risk Engineering Department in 1987 and then served Yapı Kredi
Insurance in various departments. He became Assistant General Manager
in 1996.
